Review: Prinstagram – Instagram Photo Printing

I am obsessed with Instagram. I’ve had my perfect little iPhone 4s only since January, but I’ve already uploaded over 2,000 photos to Instagram. Yes, OVER 2,000! It’s addictive, really. Each random snapshot is turned instantly into a vintage type photograph that looks as if it’s been professionally edited and shot — What’s not to be obsessed with?

I’ve also taken a liking to printing my Instagram photos — I’m a snob and like to think that they’re quite good, thank-you-very-much! Awhile back I ordered two packs of Instamagnets by StickyGram, which you may remember from the random photos I’ve taken of my refrigerator:

They’re great, but I’ve really been wanting to spruce up my side of the office so that the walls look great and make me happy when I’m looking at them.

So I did a little searching and stumbled upon Prinstagram, an online store specializing in printing photos from your Instagram feed into various formats.

I ordered the pack of 24 square photos, clicking away and choosing my photos sooo carefully. I picked photos that made me smile and reminded me of a happy memory. There are cupcakes, comics, circuses and kisses — My favorite pictures to put up on my pretty teal wall!

I got them in the mail today — It only took about 5 days. I got worried a day or so ago and e-mailed the support team asking if there was possibly a tracking number I could have (Nick and I both work during the day and were afraid we’d miss the FedEx truck!), and they responded within 24 hours telling me that my order had been backed up a bit and that it was in the process of being printed, packaged and shipped.

I received it the following morning, literally 5 minutes before I was about to leave for work. The FedEx guy barely caught me, and since I wasn’t expecting it for a few more days I was super surprised — and excited!

I opened the box and beamed as I stared at all my favorite phone pictures staring at me from fancy, smooth card stock. The photos are really well made and of very high quality — and they made my Instagram photos look amazing!

Nick helped me put them up tonight and they look fantastic. I loooove my side of the office — It has everything I love most! 😀

Let me know if you order any of your own, and take pictures of your pictures because they look AMAZING when they’re all being displayed with each other. 😀
