I’ve been giving recommendations for food and recipes for a couple of weeks now, so I thought it’d be nice to also share where I get some of my inspiration or tips – as well as the primary resources I used when I was just starting out. It’s only been about 4.5 months, but it feels like ages and it’s getting easier every day to stick to my keto lifestyle without even needing to think much about it – which is a huge benefit for someone who is normally pretty busy!

They have a YouTube channel where they share tips, tricks, recipes, shopping trips, challenges, and even tests to see which things are best – like fathead dough pizza crust vs cauliflower crust, or the best type of keto-friendly drink to get from Starbucks. They’re so relatable and even just watching their live videos on Instagram will make you feel like you know them! They’re also really knowledgeable about the keto lifestyle in general, and want to share as much information as possible with the people that follow them.
