How pretty is this cover? I wasn't sure what to expect from this one by @haileypiperfights, but I was NOT disappointed! 5 big beautiful stars for this novella!⁠ ⁠ I read this one with some of the @night_worms crew in our #anightwormpossessed readalong, and it's always a great time being a part of these! Having a group of people to read things with is part of why I joined the community in general, and my Night Worms family is wonderful!⁠ ⁠ If you're looking for a short & incredibly unique possession novella, look no further! How freaking gorgeous is this book!? It was a birthday gift from my boyfriend, and it's one of my favorite King covers that I own!⁠ ⁠ Does anyone else collect the Barnes & Noble "leather bound classics editions"? I don't have a lot of them, but couldn't pass this one up! I NEED EVERYONE TO READ THIS BOOK. I finished it a week or two ago on my Kindle, and immediately bought the physical version 'cause I knew I needed to own it and have it on my shelves.⁠ •⁠ I love the cover so much! Those colors are so pretty, right? Ahhh!⁠ •⁠ The story is also amazing - I was immediately pulled in, and didn't put the book down except to drive somewhere once I started it. The dialogue is great, the characters are well developed and fun to read, and the story is just so good. There are a couple twists, and I had no idea how things would be wrapped up, but I looooved it so much.⁠ •⁠ I'll have a full review up on my blog soon, but for now: get this one! How cute is this little Doctor Who set? The collection is called the Time Lord Fairy Tales, and includes a bunch of little stories told to little time lords as children.⁠ ⁠ I loved the different stories, and love that each book is so beautifully illustrated and colored! Ever notice that some posts get way more likes than others? Stacks of Stephen King books, for example, do super well!⁠ •⁠ Meanwhile, books by lesser known authors receive less attention - and this can sometimes be disheartening, but look. Why did any of us join bookstagram to begin with? It wasn't to get followers or likes on our posts, really - it was to make bookish friends, and to talk about bookish stuff, right? The theme is One Author Book Stack, and I’ve been collecting these since I was 9 years old! 😍 • I was introduced to so many new things through Christopher Pike as a child by his books that I went on to learn more about as an adult, and it’s so cool being able to trace back certain interests or hobbies because of his stories! • My favorites are: Road to Nowhere, Bury Me Deep, The Immortal, and The Starlight Crystal!
