It has taken me WAY TOO LONG to get the full collection, but how gorgeous are these books by @paulgtremblay?! They're the UK editions, and I absolutely looove them!⁠ ⁠ I visited a Waterstones in England a couple of years ago, and brought back over 35 new books - did you know that books in the UK end up being way cheaper than books in the US?! I felt so spoiled while there, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to add to my collection!⁠ ⁠ Of the books I bought, 3 were Tremblay's - and I've shown them off here before 'cause the covers are just stunning in their cohesive and creepy beauty. Love them so much!⁠ ⁠ When I found out his newest would also match, I knew I had to get it - but it took me ordering online 4 times and being sent the US edition 3 of those times (despite me double checking the ISBN with the sellers beforehand!) before I finally got my hands on the right one!⁠ ⁠ FINALLY, FINALLY, it is mine and I am a happy girl! If you haven't checked out these books, you NEED to - they're so good, and A HEAD FULL OF GHOSTS is one of my all-time favs in particular!⁠ ⁠ What's your favorite book by Paul Tremblay? Here's to another #nightwormsbookparty! Have I mentioned how much fun these are? Reading with a group of people and seeing how different our reactions are to the same books is amazing!⁠ ⁠ This one is our #nightwrapper book party, for SKINWRAPPER by Stephen Kozeniewski - published by @sinistergrinp! Big thanks to them, and to the Night Worms organizers, for offering me a copy of this awesome little book to read!⁠ ⁠ I loooved this one, friends! Space horror is so much fun - I've been a huge fan in all media, from Dead Space to Reavers, and this was no exception. I read this entire thing in a single sitting, and probably finished it in an hour - it's short, it's gripping, and it immediately made me add THE HEMATOPHAGES to my book wishlist!⁠ ⁠ What are some of your favorite situations or scenarios in books? Took a little shelfie the other day, and figured what better time to share it than on #shelfiesunday? Or is it #sundayshelfie...? I never remember and always use both, just in case! 😂⁠ ⁠ Aside from those gorgeous rainbow spined Hodder edition King books, my next favorite edition collection are these Dark Tower books with cover art designed by Tony Mauro. It was thanks to one of my gracious fellow bookstagrammers, @tracy_reads79, that I was able to complete my collection - I seriously tried buying one of those books FOUR TIMES from the internet, and kept being sent the wrong edition! Tracy is an angel and CAME THROUGH, and I'm so grateful to her for not just this but her overall friendship while we've known each other through this great little community!⁠ ⁠ This bookshelf is immediately to my left when I walk into my bedroom, and this is how it looks during the day with daylight streaming in through my bedroom windows. It's so bright & pretty, and almost always puts me into a good mood! Do you have any books that do that, or maybe just your shelves in general? I've been thinking of doing an updated Pennywise print from the new movies - what do you all think? These are the two Pennywise ones I have available in my Etsy right now, although I only have 1 of the top ones left!⁠ ⁠ I know I've said it before, but how cool are these Hodder edition Stephen King books? Combining rainbows and horror isn't something I see a lot of - MUCH TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, LET ME TELL YOU - so when I do, I go bananas over it.
